Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or cancellation with a fee. 2. No Extra Guests Due to limited space and for safety reasons, no additional guests, children, or pets are allowed during your appointment. 3. Clean Lashes Only Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. Any time spent cleaning lashes may shorten your lashing time or incur an additional fee. 4. Phones on Silent Please silence your phone and avoid using it during your appointment to help maintain a calm and relaxing environment. 5. Respect the Space No eating or drinking in the lash area. Please be mindful of cleanliness and noise levels. 6. Sick Policy If you're feeling unwell or have been recently exposed to illness, please reschedule your appointment for the safety of others. 7. Aftercare Compliance Following aftercare instructions is essential for retention. Failure to follow them may result in quicker fallout or damage to your natural lashes. 8. No Refunds Due to the nature of the service, no refunds will be given. If there is a concern with your service, please contact me within 48 hours. ✨Cancellation Policy – To provide the best service to all of my clients, please review and respect the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within this window allow others the opportunity to book your time slot. 2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a [50%] cancellation fee of the booked service. 3. No-Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without any notice will result in a 100% charge of the booked service. Repeat no-shows may be blocked from booking future appointments. 4. Grace Period: There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After that, your appointment may be shortened or canceled, and a late fee may apply. 5. Emergencies: I understand that emergencies happen. Please communicate as soon as possible, and exceptions may be made at my discretion.
